Mac compatibility
The Coach's Clipboard is constantly striving to make the our products compatible with both PC and Mac platforms. Mac testers have informed me that the programs appear to be 100% compatible with Mac systems using the FireFox browser (available for free at http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/). Mac's using Internet Explorer or Safari browsers have produced some "quirks" when using the menus (I'm trying to resolve those issues). Best bet for now... use Firefox. Additionally, all of the animations, video and audio clips are now in the widely-compatible Flash format.Purchasing info
If you purchase by credit card or PayPal, CD's will usually be shipped (US Mail) within 24 hours and you will receive an email notice. Please make sure that your own email server and spam blocker will accept a return email from me, and that your email storage space is not full. Otherwise, I will not be able to email you!Payments are set up through PayPal, one of the largest online services, a partner with eBay. In over five years (since we began), we have not had one problem with payments using PayPal (which uses a secure connection). You can purchase with either PayPal or your credit card. Customers purchasing with an eCheck should note that the product will not be shipped until your eCheck clears. For international customers (other than Canada, Australia and the UK)
There have been some problems and delays when shipping to some countries (but no problems shipping to Canada, Australia or the UK). Occasionally, CD shipments get held up (or lost) in the customs departments of some countries, sometimes delaying shipments for over a month. It might be better to obtain the "Playbook & Animations" download, which has nearly everything except the player video clips, pdf files, and MS Word documents.
